About Sam Simmons:
Sam is the Founder & Principal of Grace Peak Consulting (GPC).
With GPC, she advises leaders and guides organizations navigating change and growth - helping them fulfill their potential, and build cultures and systems where both people and business performance thrive.
She’s worked in leadership roles at the intersection of HR, operations and strategy for more than a decade. Her industry experience includes sports and entertainment, SaaS, e-commerce, professional services/consulting, nonprofit and education. Throughout every chapter of her career, one thread has remained constant: people priorities are business priorities.

About Grace Peak Consulting:
Grace Peak Consulting began in 2017, after repeated requests from leaders who were looking for a trusted advisor and internal partner. This firm was built on the belief that great leaders and great organizations need great partners. The inspiration for naming Grace Peak came from the fact that Grace is both Sam’s middle name and her grandmother’s first name. Additionally, her husband, a Pacific Northwesterner, instilled in her a love of mountains - both the literal and figurative kind. GPC exists to provide grace and expert partnership to leaders and businesses in the midst of their climb to the next level.
